Wild Minds offers one-to-one coaching for ADHD and autistic adults who want support navigating life in a way that feels more manageable, connected, and aligned with who they are.

Coaching is collaborative, practical, and reflective. Together, we explore patterns, strengths, challenges, and the environments you move through, without judgment or pressure to become someone different.

Sessions might focus on overwhelm, burnout, emotional regulation, motivation, relationships, self-understanding, routines, confidence, work, creativity, or simply making space to pause and reconnect with yourself.
